The Murdoc/Noodle dynamic seems to be particularly popular in Japan. Almost all fan art I’ve seen portraying these two is Japanese. XD As far as I’m concerned, anything goes with the Gorillaz characters, so I’m game. (Besides, the art is so darn cute and infectious.)
